Winning Fabric

My winning fabric was the Lindy Leaf, now I just hope its shipped with enough time for me to "create" :)

Found it onsale at www.Fabric.com plus used one of those wonderful coupon codes found at www.retailmont.com , so in the end got a really good deal for some super hot fabric!

Stay tuned for the outcome once it arrives :)

Help! Need to take a poll!

I am having a mental breakdown over what fabric to pick to make Camryn a dress for Easter with. It wouldn't be so dramatic if I hadn't already tried to make her a dress for Christmas and it didnt turn out how I'd wanted it and gave up and turned it into a skirt. Hubby Zack thought a gave up, so I think his faith in me to succeed at this outfit for her will not be good either and I want to prove him wrong.

My plan is to make her a cute dress for Easter with maybe a matching purse and Jacoby a matching tie and Zack a matching Pocket Square. It may all end up a bit cheesy in the end if we all match but hey, I DONT CARE! My family will get a kick out of it! (and secretly wish they had me to make them all this stuff all the time too hehe)

So my question to all of you is what of these would be best for a cute dress or any other PINK fabric ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for something cute and modern but PINK b/c Camryn has been asking for a Pink dress for awhile, so here is my opportunity.

Weeks half over, little time, lots of motivation

Today I am going to be going to this fabric shop that has tons of different stuff, so I am super excited to get some great finds. My only problem is I hope not to get lost in there so I can get my daughter to dance class on time! :)
Last night I finished working on a custom tutu made for an super Irish fan. It was made as a double layered tutu, orange/green on the bottom, and white on the top with lots of coordinating ribbons (I hope to find a few shamrock items to add to at the store today while I am there) that has made it look wonderfully Irishful and festive. My only problem is I need a way to get pictures on here for all to see soon.
This weekend though I will be busy getting some new creations done because I have a showcase on Etsy next Weds. that hopefully will bring more traffic around. So I need to increase my item listings.

My friend Laura and I are in full swing on planning out craft fair plan aswell. We've been fishing around for a nice one to start with but not one that may be overwhelming for the first time. The Old Deerfield Craft Fair http://www.deerfield-craft.org/sampler.htm and CastleBerry Craft fair http://www.castleberryfairs.com/index.php are our aspirations but we need to look for smaller for the first, maybe we can organized for those in the months to come.

I saw this fabric today too while fishing around online and loved it and I am looking for find something or someone to make me something from it. I saw the Vespa's and fell in love with it instantly! See pic above.

Have a great afternoon :)
